We allow for an average of 3% shrinkage for the 144 thread count range and approximately 4% shrinkage for the 200 and 300 thread count 100% cotton ranges respectively. Shrinkage might occur on every product, rest assured with our many years of experience in the textile industry, we have trusted suppliers who allow for this in production.
Practices: Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
In an event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications, Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd fully reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product and/or products listed incorrectly, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your method of payment processed. If your method of payment has been processed for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd will issue a refund to you via your original method of payment for the amount of the incorrect price charged. Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd will not be obliged to provide you the merchandise at the incorrect price.
Product Availability:
At Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd, we try our best to only list products that are available. Please note we will be held liable if a product becomes unavailable since the product has been listed. In the event that a customer purchases a product(s) in the online store and Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd is notified by supplier(s) that a product is unavailable for the foreseeable future, Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd has the right to remove that product from the online store, cancel the order and refund the customer for the amount spent.

Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd makes use of Payfast for card payments. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view security policies and their security certificate.
Our banking details are displayed on the site for EFT payments.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
