NATIONAL DELIVERY

Due to the National lockdown times may vary due to couriers experiencing delays in their deliveries.
 
Shipping policy
Orders over the value of R1500.00 qualify for free shipping.
Standard shipping rates across South Africa are R80.00
All rates are calculated using a door to door courier economy service.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
 
Shipping Lead Times:
We endeavour to ship in 5-7 working days across South Africa.
Our courier company delivers during the week within normal workday hours. Please provide a work or home address where someone will be available to accept and collect the order on your behalf, should you not be available, personally.
 
Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for failure to deliver your purchased products due to incorrect shipping details provided by you the customer, or failed delivery where the customer is non reachable at the provided address after two delivery attempts.
 
It remains the responsibility of the customer to notify Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd by email at accounts@homeluxx.co.za to correct the shipping address, and the customer will be responsible to settle any additional shipping fees.
 
Items will only be shipped once payment is received. We at Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd count lead days from the 1st day after payment clears in our account. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following working day. A working day refers to a normal business day and excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
 
Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd aims to deliver all orders timeously as promised, however, sometimes for reasons completely out of our control we are unable to fully guarantee that all orders will be delivered in the stipulated time frame.

Please note when using your own third party shipping company to further transport any product(s) already delivered to you by us to another address in South Africa or abroad, we are no longer responsible for any damages even if you notify us within the 7 days return policy unless you informed us of such damages BEFORE passing on the products to your courier company. Therefore when using any third party shipping company or courier to further transport any product(s) abroad or in South Africa, all products MUST be checked for any damages once delivered by Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd before handing over to your third party.
 
Tracking
As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email to confirm that your package has been dispatched. To track your order please go to https://track.uafrica.com/ and type in your waybill number.
 
As a precaution please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
 
In the rare circumstance that your order has an item missing please contact us via email at accounts@homeluxx.co.za
 
Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of Home Luxx (Pty) Ltd due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation policy.
 
Return policy
You are welcome to return your order within 7 days of the date of receipt, provided it is in the original packaging and condition.
 
Returning the product is at the cost of the customer, and subsequent courier charges will not be refunded. No returns of products will be accepted if upon inspection, the product is not in its original packaging and sufficiently packaged regardless of the reason for return. Please contact us on info@homeluxx.co.za to request a return. You will receive a return shipping label with the return address to attach to your return via email. Items returned to us without a return shipping label will not be refunded. Items that have been used will not qualify for a refund.
Return of defective products whereby the wash care instructions were not adhered to will not be refunded.
 
If any returned items are damaged during return transit (customer’s choice and responsibility of courier) due to insufficient packaging, you may not qualify for a refund, and may be charged the return shipping fee to have the damaged goods returned to you.
 
If your product is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us at info@homeluxx.co.za and send us images as proof within 48 hours of delivery so we may correct this as soon as possible.
 
Return of items regarding sizing and quality concerns will require our inspection for the refund to be approved. Upon receipt and inspection of the product we will notify you if the return has been accepted and a refund will be issued via the original payment method. We appreciate your patience in this regard. You will be refunded on the initial cost less shipping costs. Please remember it may take a few days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
We reserve the right not to refund products that have been used and upon inspection are found to be defective.
 
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items.
 
We do not offer exchanges due to the hygiene factor related to bed linen and towels. We will gladly issue a refund if you are unhappy with the product, subject to the conditions of our return policy.
 
Shrinkage
We allow for an average of 3% shrinkage for the 144 thread count range and approximately 4% shrinkage for the 200 and 300 thread count 100% cotton ranges respectively. Shrinkage might occur on every product, rest assured with our many years of experience in the textile industry, we have trusted suppliers who allow for this in production.
CancellationsOrders may be cancelled by the customer within 24hrs of purchase via email at info@homeluxx.co.za and might incur a 10% administrative fee.
*No cancellations will be accepted after 24hrs of purchase.
